Purple cloth hardcover, in poor condition. faded with end piece hanging off.
Binding starting to separate inside cover. All pages intack.
 
Ethel Nokes wrote many novels, often Christian preaching for children and always far from lurid or sensational. The RTS Office published at least five others in the 1930s.
