Property Management (Residential and Apartment/Condo)

• Marketing – advertising through the local paper and media as well as the Internet
• Screening and acquiring tenants – reference checks (employment and rental history)
• Inspection of the property before and after tenants
• Familiarizing tenant(s) with rules and regulations pertaining to the property and lease agreement (written and oral) as well as providing the Residential Tenancies Act and Contract/Lease Agreement
• Rent collection and deposit of funds into account as instructed by landlord
• Timely response to complaints or issues from tenant(s)
• Arranging for repairs and maintenance as well as cleaners, when needed; issuing cheques to pay for services
• Administration, including the maintaining of all records, financial and otherwise, pertaining to the property
