I am a working male with an apt to share March 1. I am located on Torbay RD across from Sobeys plaza. The place is very clean and quiet as am I. It is fully furnished as is the room, basically you would need nothing. It has 2 levels, 2 baths, balcony, laundry and many, many more amenities.I am asking $450/month which includes rent, H/L, phone, cable and hight speed Internet access. There is also free and ample parking and it is on the bus routes.
